What we built, and who for.

Work we can talk about openly — what the business needed, what we built, and where to open it and see for yourself.

ADFIXER

An Amazon advertising platform that re-prices bids every two hours against product margin rather than clicks. We built the product: the optimisation loop, the nine modules around it, and a write-once decision ledger where every automated change is logged with the signal behind it and can be undone in one click.

Puldin Invest Stroi

A Plovdiv developer selling five buildings at once. Instead of a PDF price list that is wrong by the time it is opened, the site carries the whole catalogue: every apartment, garage and parking space, filterable by building, rooms, floor, area and orientation, each showing whether it is free, reserved or sold.

Sofema Aviation Academy

Sofema Aviation Academy

Regulatory training for aviation staff, where a lapsed certificate grounds people rather than just annoying them. We built the learning platform: the course catalogue and enrolments, progress tracked per learner, and the corporate side where a training manager assigns seats across a team, swaps delegates between sessions, and sees who is still short of compliance. It runs joined to the systems the academy already had, rather than alongside them.

Maison Magnifique

Maison Magnifique

A Sofia house of luxury home fragrance, perfume, cosmetics and decor, selling online and from its shop in the Grand Hotel Sofia. We built the store and the plumbing behind it: the catalogue across every brand house and category, filters by brand and price, and a two-way link to the ERP so that the shop, the shelf and the accounts never tell three different stories.

Auroom

Auroom

A restaurant at the foot of Vitosha, where the website has one job: fill tables. Menu, private dining, catering and events in Bulgarian and English, with the reservation flow built into the site rather than handed to a booking widget — so the guest never leaves for someone else's brand, and the restaurant keeps its own bookings.

Elite London Refurbishments

A family-run London building team whose work arrives by word of mouth. The site turns that into something searchable: a page per service and per area they cover, so a homeowner looking for a specific job in a specific postcode finds them, and a quote request that reaches the same small team that does the work.

Emanuela

The official shop behind a limited collectible: one doll, five hundred numbered pieces, and a launch that had to hold when the whole audience arrived at once. A single drop of three products does not repay a platform of its own, so this one sits on Shopify with a theme built for it — the same arithmetic we give every client who asks which way to go.

That's Mello

A Bulgarian food brand with an unusual thing to explain: probiotics inside a cookie. The site leads with the reason to care rather than the ingredient list — one page that walks from the claim to the products to the story, with the lab documents a buyer or a distributor will ask for a click away.
