AI integration that survives contact with production.

An assistant that answers from your own documents and data, shows where every answer came from, and says it does not know rather than inventing something in front of a customer.

01One price, agreed up frontYou get the full cost in writing before we start, split into stages. No hourly billing, no surprises later.
02It is yours, not oursEvery account, file and piece of data is in your name from day one. You can take it anywhere, any time.
03One team, one invoiceThe same people plan it, design it, build it and launch it. Nobody to chase, nothing lost between companies.
04Measured, not promisedWe score it on real questions from your business every time it changes, and show you the number even when it is bad.

It shows its source, or it says no.

Pick a question. The third one is the one that matters — most assistants would simply invent an answer there.

What you get

From an impressive demo to something you can rely on.

The unglamorous parts that decide whether it works in front of a customer — open any line to see what that means.

We start by crossing ideas off the list. Most things people want AI for are a normal search or a report. We look for the one or two jobs where it genuinely beats what you do today, and say so when the answer is none of them.

Your price lists, contracts, manuals, past emails and records — organised so the assistant can find the right passage instead of guessing from what it read on the internet.

Your documentsYour recordsKept up to date

Each reply points at the document and the page behind it, so anyone can check it in two seconds. If it cannot find the answer in your material, it says so rather than filling the gap.

We build a list of real questions from your business and score the assistant against them on every change — so you can see it getting better instead of being told it did.

Simple questions go to a cheap engine, hard ones to an expensive one, and repeats are not paid for twice. You get a monthly figure you can predict rather than a surprise.

Questions

What people ask us first.

Something not covered? Ask us directly — you will get a straight answer, not a brochure.

That is the whole problem we design against. It answers only from the material you gave it, shows the document and page behind every answer, and is allowed to say it does not know. We measure how often it gets things right on your own questions and show you the number, including when it is not flattering.

Only if you agree to it. We use business agreements where your data is never used to train anyone else's system, and where it must not leave your building at all, we run it on your own servers. You get in writing exactly which data goes where before anything starts.

Yes, and we test it in Bulgarian rather than assuming. Your documents can be in Bulgarian, English or both, and it answers in the language the question was asked in.

Answer customer questions from your own material, find the right clause in a contract, pull figures out of invoices, prepare an offer, sort incoming enquiries. If the job needs judgement about facts your systems already hold, it is usually a fit. If it needs judgement about people, it is not.

Two to four weeks, working on your own data, with honest numbers on how often it is right and what it costs to run. Not a demo on invented examples.

Common, and usually not the fault of the technology. It is normally one of three things: nobody measured whether it was working, the documents it was given were a mess, or the task never needed AI at all. We look at what you built and tell you which of the three it was.

Shall we see if it fits your business?

Tell us the one job you would hand over and what documents you have. You get an honest answer about whether it is worth doing, in two working days.
